We are currently experiencing issues with our Webmail login. This is impacting users that are logging via the webmail url. Those that are logging in via a third party email platform like Outlook or Apple mail can still access and send emails (Using IMAP). This is known and being worked on by Rackspace, the email service provider, with urgency.
