Update
Our email provider has rolled out more changes to further reduce sending issues across all accounts. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide updates as we recieve them.

Monitoring
A fix has been applied by our email provider and has been applied to approximately 60% of their customers. It will take a little more time to reflect for all customers but things should are being monitored and will hopefully be resolved shortly.

Investigating
Our email provider is actively investigating an issue resulting in intermittent delivery failures when sending to Outlook and Hotmail email addresses.
While measures are being taken to prevent any impact on users, some may experience mail delivery delays or delivery failures. Impacted users are encouraged to retry their messages.
